Scope of Restoration:  Extensive terra cotta and stone restoration including patching, replacement, stain treatment, mortar repointing, and cleaning.  Sceismic reinforcement and reassembly of roof balustrade.  Sceismic pinning of column capitals. Glazed brick restoration.  Ornamental carving of replacement stone.  Recreation of historic Senate and House of Representative fireplaces.  Architectural concrete precast benches and other site work.  New and restored stone stair installations.  All CMU work.
